J.B. Sharp Memorial Regatta Series

    J.B. SHARP CENTENARY MEMORIAL REGATTA SERIES 2025

Founded in 1924, the J.B. Sharp Regatta Series is conducted during the winter months and although originally only open to the "bay clubs," is now open to all NSW clubs & schools. The Series retains its original objective of a focus on introducing beginners to the sport of rowing and rewarding clubs with junior development programs - no premium is placed on senior rowing nor on the comparative numerical strength of each club.

RNSW Registration for the 2025-26 year is now open. REGISTER NOW TO BE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE!

ENTRIES FOR THE SERIES must be lodged in Rowing Manager. Entries close at 15.00 AEST the Friday before the regatta.

Live Stream video of all regattas will be available and the links will be posted on this page prior to each regatta.

APPLICATIONS FOR J B SHARP SERIES SCHOLARSHIPS NOW OPEN

Club Captians & School Rowing Masters may apply for Young athletes (U19) in their first 2 years of competition.
Strict criteria applies and applications close on Tuesday 2nd September.

WANTED A tech-savy volunteer to train and use the video equipment at the 5 regattas. Do you know of anyone suitable?

LANE NUMBERS WILL BE REQUIRED BY ALL CREWS.  All regattas will once again be 'live streamed'.
